The Shadowscale app keeps an internal debug log which you can view and clear from within the app. The debug log is not shared with anyone, unless you do so manually.

Privacy Policy for VPNGUI

Data collection

The VPNGUI app keeps an internal debug log which you can view and clear from within the app. An optional setting in the app allows you to automatically share the debug log with your VPN provider. The VPNGUI app never shares the debug log with us (Wanwire B.V.).

Your operating system creates a crash log in the event of a VPNGUI app crash. The VPNGUI app will share this crash log with us (Wanwire B.V.) the next time you start the app. The crash log does not contain any personal information.

Data processing

We (Wanwire B.V.) do not receive the internal debug log, so we do not process it.

Crash logs are used by our developers to identify and fix the bug that caused the crash.

Data retention

We (Wanwire B.V.) do not receive the internal debug log, so we do not retain it.

Crash logs are destroyed within 31 days. If you need your crash log destroyed sooner, please e-mail support@wanwire.com.
